Occasionally there is a flaw and we are always happy to work with you to correct that. Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns about your items.
Custom Orders: We love custom orders! Whether it's an adjustment to a detail or size on an item we have already designed or a completely new design, we're happy to work with you to create just what you're looking for. Please note, once an item has been discussed and decided upon and paid for there are no returns or refunds on customized items.
Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of the items being worn by babies and young children, often diaperless, we do not accept returns. Should you receive your order and have an issue with an item, please contact us to discuss the situation and options. If the situation warrants a return or exchange the items must be received back to us within 14 days. After that we reserve the right to refuse the return. All returns, if accepted, will incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept forced returns without contact and you will not be refunded for refusing a package.
International Orders: We love our international friends and are so happy to have you shop with us! Occasionally shipping is overestimated. I always refund overpayments on your shipping fees when your order ships. Some countries may impose taxes and fees for orders received from outside of their borders. Please know that we cannot control them. Not all packages seem to be charged fees but some will and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. It is up to each country what those fees will be. Any orders refused and returned due to fees your country has imposed will not be refunded.
Shipping Time: We love receiving your orders and work as fast as we can to get them out to you as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted on an individual item, orders ship within 1-14 days of your order. You should receive an email when it ships with your tracking number and we are always happy to provide it if you need it.
